In the opinion of the CEO, the realization of such a wealth of innovations is only possible with 
a fully dynamic and motivated team. According to Dieter Herber, good employees are the 
company´s greatest asset. Therefore, Dieter Herber decided to execute the development and construction, which was previously part of external service providers, entirely at our company in Ulmbach. Thus, the company continues to invest in production in Germany, and that way, 
know-how stays with the company. 

The company started to produce the "Sparmatic basic", an energy-saving control for radiators, and the "Airless", an automatic de-aerator for radiators, at a small production plant. Within 10 years, the production area has increased to 3,000 square meters and, in the meantime, Mr. Herber has 80 employees who are manufacturing the products.
