Operating instructions EUROtronic AIRless
Installation is extremely easy and can be executed without major technical efforts.
First check whether your radiator has a shut-off valve in the return (lowest pipe on the radiator). If not, you must first empty the entire heating system. Only after this step has been completed can you start with the subsequent installation steps.
Close the radiator valves (flow and return). On the return use a screwdriver or manually unscrew the cap of the valve and close the valve inside with an Allen wrench. Now slowly open the preceding vent valve and collect the escaping water with a container until water no longer escapes from the opening. Now unscrew the mechanical de-aerator and screw in the automatic de-aerator for radiators with a size 19 screwdriver. Sealing with hemp or Teflon is not necessary as the ½ -inch valve is self-sealing.
After installing the de-aerator open the flow and return. The de-aerator for radiators can be "quickly" vented (e.g. after first start up) by unscrewing the thumb screw 1 or 2 turns. When water starts to escape quickly close (tighten) the slotted head screw. Now the de-aerator for radiators will again vent automatically. Bear in mind that water can escape when venting. Place a suitable container under the radiator (only for first start-up) and turn the white adjusting ring on the de-aerator with the discharge opening toward the container.
Operating temperature max. 100°C, operating pressure on the radiator min. 0.1 bar; operating pressure on the radiator max. 8.5 bar. Operating medium: Water without chemical additives. No liability is assumed for de-aerator valves that are not professionally installed and for missing gaskets.
We reserve the right to make technical changes.
